Sleep Better to Live Better: Taking a Personalized Approach to Improve Sleep

During the workshop, we'll explore the critical role sleep plays in our overall health and well-being, especially for us women. A good night's sleep becomes more essential over time, influencing everything from energy levels to emotional balance and physical health. Most often, sleep is the first thing to be sacrificed in our busy life. But without enough of it our general health suffers, impacting our ability to focus, be productive, and feeling our best.

We'll take a deep dive into understanding sleep, looking at common challenges women face during these life stages—such as hormonal changes, stress, and lifestyle factors that disrupt rest.

However, instead of offering a one-size-fits-all solution, this workshop introduces a personalized approach using Human Design, a unique system that aligns your sleep habits with your individual blueprint.

What to expect:

  • Insights into how sleep affects your mental, emotional, and physical health
  • The impact of habits, hormones and other life transitions on sleep
  • An introduction to Human Design and how it can be used to create a tailored sleep strategy
  • Practical tips to improve sleep quality, from bedtime routines to managing stress and optimizing your sleep environment

Whether you're struggling with falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up refreshed, during this workshop, we will explore practical tips to achieve a better sleep balance and improved energy levels.
