Feeling stressed, a little bit overwhelmed? Do you want a space where you can find some calm and re-energise?
Drop in every first Monday of the month for an online session where you can explore mindfulness practices, self-care and recharge.
This is the opportunity for you to have a break from our busy life and take some time to unwind.
Whether you are brand new to mindfulness or an experienced practitioner, you are welcome to join.
Each session will be held online from 12pm to 1pm and will include a 20-30 minute long practice, followed by group discussion and sharing.
Virtual doors open at 11:55 am and we lock the doors at 12:05 pm to respect everyone's time.
Free for members - $10 for non-members.
