Join us every first Monday of the month for a revitalising online session dedicated to mindfulness, self-care, and recharging.
This is your opportunity to take a break from the busyness of life and invest in your well-being.
Whether you're completely new to mindfulness or an experienced practitioner, you're warmly invited to be a part of this transformative experience.
Each session will be conducted online from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. We'll start with a 20-30 minute mindfulness practice, followed by an engaging group discussion and sharing session.
Virtual doors will open at 11:55 am, and to respect everyone's time, we kindly request you to join before 12:05 pm when the doors will be locked.
