Join us for this May for a very special PrimeTime AGM! This year, to celebrate our wonderful community and support our fantastic members, we decided to do something a little different.


As part of the AGM we will be hosting a PrimeTime Member's Trade Fair to give our budding entrepreneurs the chance to showcase their businesses and services. It will be an amazing opportunity to meet and network with the PrimeTime community.


The evening will commence with the Trade Fair and networking. After this we will break to conduct the AGM, to cover what has been achieved in the last year, celebrate our volunteers and most importantly vote in the new PrimeTime Board. Afterwards the Trade Fair and networking will resume until the event ends. 


So come along and attend not only an important event in the PrimeTime calendar but to also support women-led businesses and connect with our inspirational community. 




This event is complimentary and open to current PrimeTime Members only. Members must register to attend the event.

PrimeTime AGM

The PrimeTime AGM is one of the most important events of the year for Members. It is the chance to hear about and celebrate the achievements of the past year, hear about exciting plans for the year ahead and recognise our wonderful volunteers. 


The most important section of the evening however is to elect the new Executive Board for 2025 - 2026. Nominees will be posted on the website for consideration 2 weeks before the event and then on the night Members will be given the chance to vote for the new Board.


This is an essential part of ensuring PrimeTime can not only function, but continue as an organisation so please come along and support our amazing community!

PrimeTime Trade Fair

Are you a PrimeTime Member building your own business? This is the perfect opportunity to highlight your services, products, and story in front of a curious and supportive crowd.

Why be part of the Trade Fair?


  • Raise Your Profile - Whether you're offering a service or selling a product, this event puts you directly in front of PrimeTime Members who could become your next client, partner, or cheerleader.

How it works


  1. Register your interest by completing this form before the deadline of 30th April 2025. 
  2. We will get back to you to confirm that you have an exhibit space and provide information on timings, set up and answer any questions you have.
  3. Come to the AGM event ready to tell everyone about your business, armed with signs, displays, business cards, etc. Whatever works for you! 
  4. The Trade Fair will run from for the first hour. After this we will break for the AGM, before resuming the Trade Fair and networking before the event ends.

Who can be part of the Trade Fair?


Current PrimeTime Members with a business they wish to promote. 


We are looking for;

  • Life Coaches & Wellness Experts
  • Business & Marketing Consultants
  • Therapists, Healers, Energy Workers
  • Designers, Artists, Creators
  • Bakers, Jewelers, Stationery & Craft Sellers
  • Anyone with a product, service, or idea they're proud of!


IMPORTANT - This event is complimentary and open to current PrimeTime Members only. Members must register to attend the event.
