The session will start with a brief talk on the importance of how we use our breath and the challenges of meditation.
Afterwards, Anupama Murali, a breath-work & meditation specialist, will lead us through some light stretching, followed by breath-work and guided meditation. Attendees will learn simple techniques to slow down their mind, relieve stress, boost their energy, and build more presence.
