PrimeTime knows a 'Boss Lady' when we meet one! It's what we do! The 2025 leadership programme encompasses a series of topics relevant for the next generation of leadership. Not only will you hear from global experts offering a diverse range of insights, activities, and experiential workshops; you will also gain personal coaching with ICF-trained coaches to support your success along the way.
We acknowledge the group of diverse and talented professional women in Singapore who work in a variety of capacities; some in global corporations, some in local boutique firms, and some charting their own path as entrepreneurs. The common thread is universal values-driven leadership attributes equipping the group with skills, confidence, and presence in their respective leadership roles. Not to mention meeting a fab group of like-minded women! Whether you are looking to move into a leadership position, currently leading a team, or building your own empire; this programme is for you.
Please note: You must be a Member of PrimeTime to register for and attend the leadership programme. If you are not yet a Member, please visit our website to apply.
Session 1: Speak Up and Stand Out
Leaders need to be confident, clear communicators who can influence, inspire, and represent their brand. By exploring the framework of Neurolinguistic Programming, you will overcome fear and build unshakable leadership confidence.
Session 2: Creating Culture by Leveraging Culture
We know we work in diverse teams, but how do we leverage our unique backgrounds to create a working culture for optimum performance, engagement and innovation?
Session 3: Leadership Playdate: The Heart of Connection
In an increasingly disconnected world, a leader who connects meaningfully with others will be a powerful, anchoring presence. In this experiential session, you will discover an ingredient for such meaningful connection. We will use an award-winning toy that is a learning innovation - used with CEOs, HR departments, MBA programmes - to have fun and do some serious learning. This session enables leaders to build on the power of relationships and leave with personalised takeaways.
Session 4: Shifting Positions: A New Perspective on Conflict and Negotiation
Why are difficult conversations so difficult? A look within to improve your outcomes in negotiation and conflict might be all you need to set yourself up for success. Warning: these skills may improve both your personal and professional relationships!
Session 5: Building Inner Strength: Conquering Self-Doubt
It's clear that even the most celebrated and accomplished individuals face moments of self-doubt. In fact, we all have an inner critic - it's part of being human. But when that negative voice takes over, it can hold us back. The key isn't to suppress it, but to adapt, and manage it.
Session 6: Reflective Leadership - Authority, Role, Task
Reflective leadership entails having a deep understanding of oneself, engaging in thoughtful self-examination, and committing to ongoing personal and professional development. This approach will help you to make more informed decisions, strengthen your leadership abilities, and boost the performance of your team.
