- Create their Individual Development Plan (IDP)


2. Agile Leadership: 5th March

- Discuss the principles of agile leadership, emphasising adaptability and collaboration

- Explore how agile methodologies apply to leadership styles

- Provide real-world examples of successful agile leadership in various industries


3. Unique Leadership Style: 12th March

- Encourage participants to reflect on their personal leadership styles

- Discuss different leadership styles and their impact

- Guide participants in identifying and leveraging their unique strengths as leaders


4. Executive Presence & Empowering Communication: 19th March

- Define executive presence and its importance in leadership

- Explore effective communication strategies for leaders

- Conduct interactive exercises to enhance participants' confidence and positive communication skills


5. Strategic Thinking: 26th March

- Discuss the significance of strategic thinking in leadership

- Provide tools and frameworks for developing strategic thinking skills

- Engage participants in a strategic thinking exercise or case study


6. Intercultural Leadership: 2nd April

- Address the challenges and benefits of leading diverse teams

- Explore cultural intelligence and its role in effective leadership

- Provide tips for fostering an inclusive and culturally sensitive leadership approach


7. Wellbeing: 16th April

- Emphasise the importance of leader and team wellbeing

- Discuss strategies for maintaining a healthy work-life balance

- Explore mindfulness and stress management techniques for leaders

- Review key learnings from the program.

- Allow participants to share their reflections and insights.
