Belonging is critical for creating a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement. When people feel like they belong, they are more likely to be productive, motivated, and committed to their work.
However, achieving a sense of belonging can be challenging. Organizations operating in the post-pandemic era must address significant dips in engagement, employee well-being, productivity and performance while responding to louder calls for remote work, inclusion and diversity.
In this 2nd Thursday event on June 8 2023, Abam Mambo breaks new ground by presenting workplace belonging as a business driver, and as the most human-centred, relatable, and effective approach to these complex issues.
She unveils why Belonging Builds Better Businesses and presents her "RED CARPETS" blueprint for creating a culture that enhances engagement, productivity, performance, collaboration, inclusion, and retention while boosting business outcomes.
Here are some of the key takeaways for attendees:
- What workplace belonging entails;
- Why a culture of belonging is necessary at work;
- Why workplace belonging is an excellent business driver;
- What is the BQ (Belonging Quotient); and
- How to cultivate a culture of belonging by raising your BQ with the RED CARPETS methodology.
