Lauren relocated to Singapore from Canada in July of 2023. Her education and professional background specializes in Human Resources working the majority of her career in the Utility Industry where her experience spanned multiple jurisdictions across North America working in a variety of business areas. Areas of expertise include job design, organizational design, labour/employee relations, investigations, training, facilitation, engagement, leadership development, and conflict management.
Lauren completed certification in mediation and negotiation becoming a Chief Negotiator in Collective Bargaining for her previous organization. Using these skills Lauren brings a curious and solutions-focused approach that acknowledges the delicate balance of interests in conflict. Similarly, Lauren has also been acknowledged for her cultural agility to ensure equity in creating safe learning environments and helping to facilitate balanced conversation and opportunity for transformative learning.
Building on a passion for both leadership development and transformative learning, Lauren is excited to connect this passion and skill set to Primetime. Her other full time job is being a passionate mom who loves to cook and eat good food. Lauren spends her free time reading/learning, getting outdoors, and coordinating her kids social life!
