Natasha Garcha is the Senior Director of Innovative Finance at Impact Investment Exchange (IIX) where she has worked on IIX’s gender lens investing initiatives, research, and impact measurement work in Asia-Pacific, East Africa, and the United States. Natasha’s team focuses on the financial structuring, investor relations, and impact assessment for IIX’s award-winning Women’s Livelihood BondTM Series whose proceeds are empowering +1 million women in the Global South to build economic security and climate resilience.

Natasha is part of a number of Women, Peace, and Security industry bodies including the Pacific Forum’s women experts’ group on Indo-Pacific security issues and the Women in International Security (WIIS) professional membership group. She currently serves as a Steering Committee member for the Orange Bond Initiative and for the Principles for Investment in Fisheries; she previously served on the Advisory Council for the ICMA Green and Social Bonds (2020-2021). She is an active speaker at international sustainability-themed events (including the United Nations Feminist Finance Forum, the G20 Summit, SOCAP San Francisco, the Social Enterprise World Forum, among others). She has authored articles on multiple online publications (The Economist Impact, Skoll Center, Devex, among others) and has served as a guest lecturer on gender-lens investing and sustainable finance at the University of Oxford and Harvard University. Her work as the Chair of the Oxford Social Impact Business Network won her the BNY Mellon Achievement Award in 2014.

Ms Elizabeth Kong is an independent non-executive director of Singapore Post and serves on its Finance and Investment Committee, Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee, and Board Sustainability Committee. She is also the Asia General Counsel (Transportation and Electronics, Safety and Industrial, and Enterprise Operations) at 3M, serving as a senior leader in the execution of strategies and key priorities of 3M in Asia. Ms Kong was previously with leading international law firms Clifford Chance and Morgan Lewis Stamford where she advised on some of the largest headline public and private mergers and acquisitions in Asia of an aggregate value exceeding $25 billion. She is a trustee on the board of Cambridge Assessment Singapore and a fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust. She is also the Chairperson of 3M Women Leadership (Singapore).

Suzy believes businesses have a responsibility to do good in the world as well as make a profit and she specializes in developing and executing strategies and campaigns to help them do so. Building on a 20year career in strategic communications at the highest level (15 of them spent in Asia), the last eight years have seen Suzy focused on growing her experience in sustainability, ESG and social impact, working with some of the world’s biggest brands to help drive positive change inside and outside organizations.
Suzy has worked with Unilever brands on advocacy strategies, NGO partnership and behaviour change programmes; with Danone brands on brand purpose development and capacity building; with Epson on SDG prioritization, NGO partnership strategy and employee engagement. Suzy’s role at MSL and Publicis Groupe is to build capacity around sustainability across the Groupe, provide senior-level client counsel on sustainability issues and to help drive corporate sustainable change at Publicis.

Florence has spent over 10 years working in banking in Asia Pacific, the Americas and Europe, focusing on energy and commodity financing. She has developed a strong interest in sustainability and environmental issues and believes that despite the major issues the world is facing, we can all be part of the solution and that all actions are important, no matter how small. Outside of PrimeTime, Florence likes hiking and outdoor activities and wishes to protect the world and nature around us for her small children to enjoy.

With over 12 years of corporate experience in the Consumer Insights and Loyalty marketing domain, Niharika is a dedicated professional who has worked across different geographies in APAC such as Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. She is currently heading the Membership function at adidas and has had her previous stint with The Bodyshop, APAC in the Loyalty domain. Her experience includes Analytics, Marketing campaign rollouts, and crafting retention and acquisition strategies for the APAC markets. Niharika has an insight-driven, customer/ audience-oriented mindset, which helps her strike a balance between business objectives and consumer expectations/ realities. When not at work, you may find Niharika spending her time with her plants on her balcony or exploring some lesser-known places/ corners in Singapore.

With experience spanning over a decade, Mrinalini has worked to bridge the gap between unmet social needs and service providers, giving large corporates, government agencies, community organizations and social enterprises the platform to create measurable social impact. In her current role as Regional Director, South East Asia, North Asia and Oceania at WEConnect International, she helps drive money into the hands of women business owners by enabling them to compete in the global marketplace. She also sits on the boards of One Singapore, an organization dedicated to raising public awareness and taking concrete actions to create The World We Want and Make Poverty History and Women in Sustainability and Environment, the first women’s society in Singapore formed to focus concerted gender action towards Singapore’s Green Plan 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals and to ensure a strong and equal voice and representation of women in the business of sustainability, whether as consumers, investors or professionals.


Mrinalini speaks regularly at schools, community events, corporates and conferences about the role that gender equality plays in achieving a more sustainable world for everyone. She has been awarded the Singapore Women's Weekly's Great Women of Our Time award in the Public Service and Education category and has recently been nominated as one of Cleo Singapore's 2016 top ten Changemakers.

Her involvement with energy efficiency projects has cemented her belief in “business with a purpose”, driving a commitment to fostering positive change in professional as well as personal life. Proficient in project and risk management, Monika champions stakeholder and community engagement, embracing a collaborative approach to achieving impactful results.
A relatively new member of Prime Time, Monika’s passion for sustainability led her to actively participate in the community, eager to inspire meaningful conversations and drive transformation toward a more sustainable future. Born in Poland, and grew up in Germany, Monika spent 17 years in Australia before relocating to Singapore with her family in 2021. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new places, travelling, indulging in good brunch, and engaging in outdoor activities.
